Steve’s passion for design and manufacturing began in high school when he served as a machinist’s apprentice. After graduating from Messiah College in 2010, Steve has worked in various design andleadership roles for several Fortune 500 companies. During this time his passion for fabrication continued to grow. Inspired by the lack of cross-functional interaction he witnessed between design and manufacturing during his career, he decided the best compromise was to bring both disciplines under a single roof. From this concept, Rare Bird Designs was born.
